The Benefits of Himalayan Salt Sole

I’ve switched from using Sea Salt for years to Himalayan Salt the past 6 months. The flavor **is delicious.
The type of salt you use to salt your food is as important as the food you are eating.  I personally was unaware of the vast benefits of using Himalayan Salt.
 
Here’s what I’ve learned about Himalayan Salt.

I’ve also seen that those on a Ketogenic Diet and others drink Salt Sole for it’s health benefits daily. We want our Sole to be made from Himalayan Salt.
 
How to Make and Store Sole
 
It’s important not to use metal
1 glass jar, with a plastic lid, wooden spoon
1/4 cup Himalayan Salt
1 – 2 cups of filtered water 
 
*Put Himalayan Salt in the jar
*Add the filtered water, leaving 2 inches at the top
*Cover it, shake it, and let it sit for 24 hours.
*Check the jar after the 24 hours and if you still see the salt left on the bottom, this is what you want. If not add more salt and check again in another 24 hours.
*You may store your Himalayan Sole in your pantry indefinitely. The properties in the Himalayan Salt are natural anti-fungal and anti-bacterial.
*You may add more salt and filtered water as it gets low.
 
How To Drink Sole
* 1 teaspoon of Salt Sole in a glass of filtered water first thing in the morning.
 
The list of benefits from drinking Sole each morning are too numerous to list but do include relief from allergy symptoms, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, skin problems, stabilizes irregular heart beats, clears up congestion, many benefits to our cells.
I just made my first batch of Himalayan Sole Salt.  Besides the Sole Salt that I will be trying in the next couple of days, I really like using the Himalayan Salt in my food and my recipes instead of Sea Salt.  Knowing what I know now and the benefits I’m totally committed to using it all the time.
